ADAA's 2022 Annual Conference will be held in person March 17-20, 2022 in Denver, CO*
Please review the COVID-19 Protocols and Expections required to attend the conference. Onsite registration is discouraged. If an attendee must register onsite, they must still follow the required COVID-19 protocols and wait for verification of their documents before entering the conference space. Verification can take several hours. All conference participants (including sponsors, partners, and guests) must be registered and follow the COVID-19 protocols. Guests must contact ADAA directly to register.
Badges must be worn at all times by all attendees (including sponsors, partners, and guests) in the conference space. This includes social functions.
ADAA’s conference promises to deliver vibrant programming, impactful connections with peers, and access to sponsors.
ADAA's annual conference offers an ALL-INCLUSIVE fee, including CE/CME credit for all professional level registrations, for the entire 4 day event. There are no add on or a la carte fees. Full access includes:

Registration Cancellation Insurance
ADAA is pleased to offer the opportunity for attendees to independently purchase registration insurance through the Registration Saver program offered by Next Wave. ADAA encourages all attendees to consider this option. The fee for registration insurance is 6 percent of the total registration fee.
Conference Hotel Information
The Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel serves as the official ADAA 2022 Annual Conference hotel.
ADAA attendees will only receive the conference rate by going through ADAA’s custom reservation process. Attendees are discouraged from contacting the hotel directly.

Group Registration
- Group registration is available for four or more current ADAA professional members from the same practice or institution. Complete the Group Registration application and email to membership for approval. Once approved, individuals receive individual registration forms. Group registration ends March 2, 2022.
Registration Policies Overview
- Participation in the 2022 Anxiety and Depression Conference is limited to registered attendees.
- All session and poster presenters must register.
- All participants must adhere to ADAA's anti-harassment policy.
- ADAA is unable to offer military or government registration rates.
- Badges are required for all sessions and activities March 17 - 20, 2022.
- ADAA is pleased to be able to offer the opportunity for attendees to independently purchase registration insurance through the Registration Saver program offered by Next Wave. ADAA encourages all attendees to consider this option. Attendees who purchase registration insurance and who must cancel their attendance will be prompted to process a claim through this program as their first refund step. Should the cancellation not qualify for reimbursement under the Next Wave insurance program and ADAA’s cancellation deadline has not past, ADAA’s traditional cancellation policy and administrative fees apply.
- Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing to [email protected] by February 17, 2022. (A $50 administrative fee will be charged for the Trainees, Postdocs, Residents, Students, Research Assistants and International Attendee Working in a Developing Country registration levels for cancellations. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all other registration levels for cancellations.) Cancellations received after February 17, 2022 will not be accepted for any reason.
- Only registered professional attendees can receive CE or CME credits.
