2020-2021 Annual Report

Our SIG continues to host monthly peer consultation calls that bring members together, with a focus on clinical consultation and connecting members to resources and referrals. Our consultation calls provide clinicians with a supportive space to discuss case conceptualizations and problem solve treatment barriers. We have also collaborated with the Social Anxiety and Child and Adolescent SIGs to invite host cross-SIG consultation calls.
This past year our SIG has expanded our referral directory to aid in referrals for OCD treatment with hopes of addressing difficulty accessing evidence-based care and to build our awareness of other providers and service programs in our areas. Our SIG has also worked to adapt to telehealth services and to identify resources to better understand telehealth laws, practices and implementation of evidence-based practices virtually. We are continuing to connect people to community resources, and we are currently planning webinars and blog posts.
At the 2021 conference, we will discuss goals for the coming year, further develop our network and connect like-minded clinicians.
